Great luster. Appears UNC with a weak motto? Pictures Are pretty small to tell much. If I were wanting it, I would try to get into it for $20 or under (MS60 Price), I would say it would top out at 62. But the pictures are not very good. Cannot really see the coin all that well. Was this an internet/ebay picture?

I'll say it may get MS-60 or MS-61 at best. I think it would be overgraded at 61 but it would be a high 60

I dont see anything that would keep this coin from grading at a strong 63 these coins are seldom fully struck and the reverse looks to me to be above average for the series,,
the luster on the coin is very nice with very few contact marks visable in the photo at least, and I dont see alot of high point rub.
I would be interested to know why you other guys felt the coin was in the very low MS grade ?

The only problem I'm having with it is in the IN GOD WE TRUST, The N G and U look faint. but it could be the picture also as the obverse looks exellent to me.

if they are saying it is graded then how is it in a Coin World holder, if it is graded its grade by CCGS or some 1 person grading company like that, but it just looks awful weak around the date and motto on the obverse could be a weak strike I guess but I am not very good at grading anything so I have a tendancy to undergrade them so it could be a lil higher than I said but I dont see it as a 64PQ

They say graded by PCG so I don't get the holder either.

weakness of the San Fransisco Struck coins is a notation in the PCGS guide,, with 1 to 2 inches of reflectivity needed to achieve a semi proof like designation ,, PQ as far as I'm concerned is an obscure designation and I would not consider it if I were bidding on the coin.
But I see the coin as a bit weakly struck on the obverse (according to what I read this is not uncommon) but the reverse IMHO opinion is above average. (by the same standard of what I read )
Im no expert at these coins so take my comments as such !!

^^^^ Wise words. Rick may not be an expert, but he's a pretty well-educated layman. Itook the liberty of locating that coin. Do not walk, run away from that listing. The coin is blatantly overgraded and overpriced. If it were a true MS64, the owner would have slabbed it with a reputable company and guaranteed a price well above what they're asking for it.

The reverse is a 64 (if unc'd). The obverse is hard to tell. It doesn't look very banged around, but it's impossible to tell how well it struck up from the picture. In any event, the obverse looks worse than the reverse, so I'll take a stab at MS61 or 62.
