2000 Nickel Doubled Die Reverse / DDR ? If Not Then What?

KisNap Valued Member United States 492 Posts	Posted 09/12/2009 12:12 am I found this nickel which has extremely thick print on the reverse. It's so clost that the letters are touching, especially the "NI" in "UNITED". Could this be a DDR, is that why the letters are so fat? Does this have any value to it? Here you can see it compared to a normal nickel on the right Here you can see how smooshed together the letters are. They look like cartoony bubble letters.
