The full obverse photo does'nt do this coin justice as it is in MS condition. I don't see any other doubing any place else. looks like some shifting occured on 2nd strike. any good words on this one ? ?

This all happened with one strike. The dies were showing play during the strike. Referred to as Machine Doubling. I prefer Machine Doubling damage as the dies are normal, the coin was damaged during the strike.

Yup, Machine Doubling for sure. It's flattened down, takes away from the normal width of the character, and is shelf-like in appearance. Additionally, the same doubling can be seen in the date.
