Looks like deep hair line, but none of these were recorded for 1933 only for 1932 and 1938. Doesn't looked tooled.

The latest KM does list 1933 also. I've looked on the (131231) Not Allowed - Auto-Removed site and there is an illustration of a 1932 and yours definitely looks like deep hairlines in comparison.

I have several to look at and noticed this right off the bat. I have a 1932 also but it does not have the hairline like this.
