found this and coppercoins.com shows nothing on a 2009d, is this anything? look right in the V between the thumb and index finger? any input?

Could be a gas bubble. It would take more than one example to know it is a doubled die or just a bubble. If you have the hole roll check for markers that match other in the same roll and compare those coins to yours. The area in question is not in the shape of any device in that area.

I also have a few that match yours...i just figured was not enough of a variety to list on Coppercoins...or was one yet to be turned in. I will keep an eye on this thread.
