Hello I have this coin that on one side has one peso with filipinas on the bottom and on the reverse is united state of America 1903?! where was this coin minted is it silver? and dose it have any value?

It was minted in San Francisco, for use in the Philippines. Between 1900 and 1945 they were a protectorate of the US having won them in the Spanish-American war.
Depending on condition it can have some value probably 10-20 dollars at least.

The coin was minted in the United States for use in the Phillipine Islands. It's silver. The best source of value is probably ended auctions on ebay.
