How in the heck does this sort of thing even happen?
The fees alone from the listing are going to be outrageous. How did/does he get away with bypassing fees for such a listing? I refuse to believe the seller actually is paying the thousands in fees this listing should have cost.

I think there are 5 free listings a month for sellers. And according to the new pricing tier that went into effect June 16, it's only $4 to list anything $500 and over starting price after your first 5 free ones.
