Noticed that my credit card was not charged, Can't get into my account ever since I proceeded with a transaction, noticed they don't sell it anymore, and never got a response from them when I sent them an email explaining the whole situation. laserpete New Member 43 Posts	Posted 11/10/2009 12:13 pm Well I finally got new from the Mint. Got a letter in the mail friday indicating that they could not send the item. Probably sold out before my order took place. Anyways they said I could wait or choose another item. Wait ? Like they would actually make more...thought it was supposed to be a limited mintage. Anways, the letter indicates I can check within the box to cancel my order, which I did. I should be getting the proof coin from another source next week. Happy ending. Report this Post to the Staff

I recently just found out that my e-mail properties was not correct and was not receiving any emails. When I entered the right info, I received all my emails and one from Royal Mint. Royal Mint would not accept my debit card since it does not have a start date. Gave up waiting on hold for someone at The Royal Mint to answer. Report this Post to the Staff
