NGC has a photo/image service for any coins submitted for grading. It costs $3 per coin and they email the photos to you.

Has anyone ever used this service and are the photos nice?

The ones I have seen are just scans of the coin in the slab. Quality has not been very good.

I have used it and was happy with the service. I would say the quality is comparable to the pics on Heritage. nlp

I used it with my last submission. For the most part, I was pretty happy with the service. I have seen better on the high end auctions, but for the coins I had these did the job.
