i have recently began searching and finding, the newer (2000's) LMC. I have found several doubled die, columns. several match "coppercoins" listed documentation. several others are not listed but appear to me to be as large or larger than some of the listed ones. so - is there a criteria for deciding what is significant enough to list. I have two that I would like to send into coppercoins, for attribution. one is not so thick or long as some others - but is "tripled", (and really pretty cool looking). thanks.

ps: this is one of the DD in question. it is a 2005P. the doubling is not particularly long or thisck, but it is tripled. whould this be "listable". thanks

Charles gave an answer to this but I can't say where or when. Although any size is technically a doubled die, I have to agree with Charles, if it is so minor that it creates no interest, it's not worth keeping. These are just my criteria of worthwhile and not.

1991P to small to hang on to.

What-Constitutes-

2005P as large or larger than top of knee to bottom of foot. Worth keeping.

What-Constitutes-

1999P small bar on column w/extra knees makes this one worth keeping and being listed.

What-Constitutes-

I believe the one your showing has a good chance of getting listed.

You can email Charles here or on his web site and ask him about any particular coin but as a general rule it needs to be at least as long as Lincolns arm I think.
