Michael of Mint News Blog says in this post that NGC will grade them
as standard Proof coins, with no special attribution on the holder.
(PCGS didn't respond to his query)

Quote:
Michael: As a few readers pointed out, ( TPG grading) seems
somewhat ridiculous since one of the most appealing aspects of the set
is the packaging. To take the coins away from the packaging, and
instead put them in a holder with the words "Coin and Chronicles Set"
seems kind of silly.

For the LN6 Set, it's "all about the O.G.P.!"

I like it when they make special labels for special sets, it makes all mine worth that much more because I always leave min in the OGP if they are something special

"Value of the Lincoln Chronicle Set Post-Ordering Craze?"

Number of LN6 Sets = 50,000

Number of Lincoln Cent collectors = Millions

This Set should stay worth at least $100 (in today's Dollars) for some
time to come, and it still has lots of appreciation potential....
