What are the odds of having either MS 63's or 64's in unopened rolls of coins that are from 1992?

If they have never been opened, they should be MS 63/64 anyway.

A long time ago I had a roll of 1959 pennies.Each end coin was starting to tone. BUT you should have seen what the other 48 coins looked like!
