Can I please get some opinions on whether or not this 1966 Kennedy half is an MS 66?

I couldn't say with only a pic of one side. What I can tell you is that is almost certainly an SMS coin, not a much rarer(in that condition) business strike.

While Bio said it best, the reverse is also important for the grade and some other close-up pictures would also help.

I too believe this to be an SMS coin and from what I see from the Obverse it could very well be an MS 66 coin, again, I would like to see more!!!
