Someone sure went to a lot of trouble on this one. It was jammed so tightly in the roll that I had to cut the roll open to get it out.
Surprised it wasn't on ebay labeled something like "Great Rarity -Double Struck Lincoln on Bahamas 1 cent planchet" or something like that.

Looks VS to me. (Vice Squeezed) Cent and a foreign coin on the reverse. A starfish. I've seen one of those before.
