Some of you may remember this person. See the attempt to sell a $65 coin for over $2000. I hope the collecting community doesn't have a sucker out there watching this.

P.S.- I did report it.

So...did DGS put the wrong attribution on their slab?

I don't know much about these coins, but the thread-title caught my eye.
I note that the pic of the slab shows the grade as ... oh, that's a secret.
Surely, no one deals with a seller like this ...

No, the attribution is correct. The hype is over the top. It's a common VAM and worth $65 in AU. It is not a Hot 50 or Top 100 and he claims $9000 value (that's for an MS66 coin). This is an example of someone trying to snare an uninformed buyer. It infuriates me!

ebay will not remove it for being overpriced. Quite frankly the day ebay starts telling me what I'm allowed to ask for something is the day I stop selling on ebay.

However, I reported it for referencing a value in the listing. That's not allowed.

Read his listing. Another example of our great school system and their emphasis on the 3 R's.

Yeah, he is a former member here and still roams on at least one other forum. He continually misattributed doubled dies and always spouted wrong info and just did not seem to want to learn the correct things- stuck in his ways I guess but ignorance is never an excuse when an individual is perfectly capable of learning.
