All large date. Instead of guessing, why not look at the photos of the small date provided all over the internet and compare the signs to your coins. It's not rocket science, and there's no reason to guess.

Second pic. seems odd. Curl of 9 looks like a small but the 7 does not. Also, is it just the pic. or does the bottom coin look like an RPM ? maybe MD. Also that 9 curl looks close on the same coin.

The curl of the 9 on the second photo is highly indicative of a large date, as is the size and shape of the entire date.

The third photo does show strong Machine Doubling.
