What does those images have to do with the coins? I have never bought anything on Craigslist yet, but to compare this with an ebay listing, it is too vague. If there is a decent seller here, he will take the time to send you decent images. I agree with deadmunny, no way can you make an offer with this much info.

Based on what is known from the listing I would be in the $300 range. What I would want to know is .. how many slabbed Pres dollars, how many merc's and liberty's, what grade of 1877 half. How many V and shield nick's, and what grades. $300 would be where I would be thinking to start should be worth much more, but if this is how someone wants to try and sell these, they either must not really care about getting the best price or want to find someone to give them much more than their worth.

did anyone see a coin in that picture? lol I only seen a pile of junk. maybe the coins are under the junk pile and he wanted to make sure the football got it's fair showing too
