Always nice to have a VAM that needs no magnification
AND a 66? That is just ridiculous

At this level, the location of any marks becomes important. This coin has two prominent marks above the eye. In a less obtrusive place, I suspect these same marks wouldn't keep this coin from MS67. Strike becomes a consideration, and the reverse of this coin is just slightly mushy.

Nothing there that stops me from , though.

Peaceman,

I have been looking at some of the Peace dollars you are collecting, I must say, very nice Vams and some very sweet looking coins.
This coin, does it exhibit some clashing below the E on the reverse and also behind the eagles neck some more clashing?. Must say I am seeking some of these for the same reasons, I love a good die break, or crack or gouge for that matter, and seeing your coins, helps me realize it can be done, job well done, keep up the great work.
I had read that you sold off an older collection and you wished that you did not, I will continue the hunt and hope for the best, good luck to you, Mike
