1979-D Roosevelt Dime With Small D Mintmark

I found this dime in change, and compared to other 1979-D's I've seen, the mintmark is really small. I was just wondering if anyone has seen anyhting like this before, or knows anything about it. Frequently when these are seen on the older clad it's caused by a weak strike of the mint mark punch. It's hard to tell from the picture. Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.
