Another thing going for the 2009 Mint Set is that
all of the
business strike 2009 coins have been difficult to come by from
circulation, in the case of Nickels and Dimes they're almost impossible.
The 2009-D Nickels are all still sitting in the Federal Reserve...

tumbleweed "Should I buy one?"
If your dealer has a nice-looking Set (that you can see in person)
at a reasonable premium, I would say "yes!"

You see, the quality control on these has been a bit spotty. If you
order a Set directly from the Mint, you're taking your chances.
(unless you live in Philadelphia, Denver, or Washington D.C., where
you can buy the Set in person from a Mint Gift Shop and open it
immediately to check its condition)
I personally know that several dozen of these Mint Sets have been
returned to the Denver Mint Gift Shop, and I returned one myself !
I saw another Set that was returned because the 2009-P JFK Half-Dollar
was
missing!

In fact, in one of my Sets the Philly LP2
Cent is 180° upside down

, but that Set is otherwise problem-free.
Normally, I would advise people to buy current-issue Mint products
from the Mint, but if your dealer has a nice problem-free Set, it
might be smarter to get their Set and save yourself the potential
'hassles' of returning a bad Set or two.
The 2009 95% Copper Proof Cents were available in four different Sets
(Clad Proof Set, Silver Proof Set, One-Cent Proof Set
[sold out] and
the Lincoln Coin And Chronicles Set
[sold out]), but the Uncirculated
2009 95% Copper Cents (the only non-Proof 95% Copper 2009 Cents !) are
available only in the 2009 Uncirculated Coin Set (aka "Mint Set").
