Gold bug is still biting. Since I'm working on completing my gold type set with "motto" and "no motto" coins, I purchased one with a "motto". Basically the cheapest certified problem free coin I could find, as buying a Saint is expensive to begin with... I think it will be pretty decent looking in hand. Opinions?

I am so glad I bought my gold coins for my 7070 when I first started the album because I would not be able to afford the ones I did get at today's prices on what I get from disability

Nice coin with good luster and mostly small marks. The ding on Liberty's right knee and the scratch below DOL on the reverse are noticeable. It's cool that you picked up a 1922 since that date seems scarcer than the common 1924, 1927, and 1928 dates.
I'd guess NGC called this MS-62.

Thanks! NGC gave it AU-58, which means I will have no problem cracking it out for my album. Of course there isn't much difference in value. :-)

That's a very nice 58. Many of these in up in 62 holders and that one just missed.

I think you should feel lucky, at least he bit you in the right place! That bite also gave you good taste in coins.

Yea. Nice coin. I think the only thing that affected the grade is the wear on her left hand.
