I found a really nice looking 1947 nickel in my change yesterday. Looks almost uncirculated. The nickel has some grease on it, not smeared or rubbed in, but on its surface. It also appears to have errors on it but it's hard to make them out because of the grease. I'm thinking about using a little lighter fluid. I really want to remove the grease. Does any one have any ideas or suggestions on this? I would REALLY appreciate it.

I am against cleaning coins, when I try to buy a coin I make sure it hasn't been cleaned. To me if you clean it you wash away all of it's history. I wouldn't dare wash my morgans!
