Very nice with gorgeous toning. It's a lock on MS63 and could go higher if the areas circled below are not problems. Also a very nice die chip on the forehead at the arrow.

I agree with an MS-63 and possibly an MS64 if the scratches look better in hand.

Nice! I love the toning! Morgans definitely tone the best!
