The tails side has a lamination on it. I give it a G4 with a check mark after that, meaning I have no idea how you go about grading these for the poor quality control and resulting mushy strikes. Anybody good at that, this is your big opportunity. Even if you're not good at that...enjoy!

It's got way better than G04 details. You noted the "mushy" strike issue and the '22-D Lincoln is right near the top in % of "mushy" strikes.
From what I can see the details look close to VF.

This coin grades between F12 and VF25. Can't see it well enough to round it down any more than that. It certainly does not grade G04.

"hard to find" coins showing yp lately. My thought is that with so many having been 'layed-off, or having lost their jobs, that the "stashes, that have been saved for a 'rainy day', are coming out. It will continue, as long as the current situation persists! Sad to see, but even worse to have to endure. I guess that might be one of the benefits of being too old to hire, and had to retire. As far asI know, I don't have to worry about getting 'fired"! Good luck, to all who need it, Dick
