I am getting ready to post in the for sale forum some mint sets that I would like to sell. My reason for selling is that I have more than one of them and also I am going to take the money and buy some coins that I have been wanting. I want to put a fair price on them. I found a website that told me what they would pay for a mint set and also what they would sell it for. I took those numbers and split the difference. Do you all think that is a fair way to do it? Thanks for any advice you can give me on this.
to be honest..they are pretty "cheap" right now except for 99 and 01. I hope you get what you want for them...i doubt you get what you paid for them, except the 99&01. PM me with the years and I may be able to help you set a price for them. -Tom
Your best bet is to look at completed listings on ebay. I sold some sets in late 2008 - some here and some on ebay - and Numismedia was high in my opinion on some of the sets.
