I see wear on the top of the shield ('E' and 'R' in Liberty are almost gone) and the eagle's talons on the reverse. I also think the luster is "off", but that may be from the photograph and not the coin. XF-45 The autocorrect function keeps changing 'R' to are, so I had to put it in quotes. Luster is muted or absent and appreciable wear seems to be present on breast, shield, and head on the obverse and talons, arrow feathers, and rim on the reverse. Report this Post to the Staff

The coin is so brilliant that it is difficult to see the ware in the liberty and some of the lettering but it is there. I'm not sure it reaches AU 55? A beautiful coin, real beautiful!
