I was just wondering what are the highest and lowest mintage coins that you know of, for circulated coins.

My highest is 1970D Roosevelt dime with 7,549,421,000 minted.
My lowest is 1982 Fiji 50 Cent with only 100,000 minted.
Assuming no errors in the catalog.

Well, in 1982 the Philadelphia mint stamped almost 11 billion cents.

With regard to rarity, there are a number of different USA issues and dates with genuine circulation strikes (as opposed to one- or two-example mintages) of less than 1000 coins.
