Don't think this is an issue with ebay. Anyone can sell anything for whatever price they want as long as there is no deceit in the listing. Since there is no real information in this listing there is no deceit. If there is some nut out there that would buy it then he will be happy, the buyer will be happy, and ebay will be happy. Its not ebay's policy to set pricing, its their policy to make sure the listing is accurate and honest and from what I can see, as little as there is, it is accurate and honest. |

I have to start fishing for some of these people who are very willing to throw their money away without previous knowledge.  I've got a very nice 1921 Morgan I will let go for $60,000.  Bargain? I say yes! ebay, here I come!  |

So the other ebay guy with the $60K uncirculated lot of coins in the vault, who wouldn't allow pictures, and insisted on local pickup, is offering a real bargain. |
