I have had this coin since I was a child and recently took a close look at it. It has doubling present on the 9,4 and 3 in the date, as well as a clearly seperated mint mark. It also has doubling in Liberty most clearly on the E and B,it also has doubling on IN GOD.
In my opinion this is not Strike Doubling, as it has clear split seriffs, and the imegaes are well roundind not flat. I have uploaded some pics take a look and give me your opinion. I am sending this on to The ANA for verification and attribution. Have I discovered a new Double die?

kirbylj, in my opinion, based on the photos you have posted; Strike Doubling not a doubled die.time will tell please let us know what ANA has to say. one reason for my opinion is the halo effect above linc's head. note I'm unclear about the mint mark could be an RPM though, again unsure based on photos provided. happy hunting ~errorfinder~

Your coin shows abraded die doubling from worn dies. This is very common. That I know of, the ANA doesn't do verification or certification any more and hasn't for years. I wouldn't know who you would have sent it to there.
