I really hate myself sometimes as things wink at me ,and I just have to have them...I bought this a few years ago a 1934-s Walker half dollar, ITS THE ONLY WALKER I have....the only other 50cent pieces I have is a couple of 1892/3 columbian half dollars I will post in a while to see what you think of them....but for now, I'm wondering if the coin is as good as I thought it was.....I thought it was undervalued then, so I'm curious if I have any pants left......
thanks for your thoughts.....Gene

I'm not doubting you, but tonight's pics are under a yellow light. still working on the camera to get good pics.......AU would mean wear, which coin in hand I do not see, mind you I don't mean to dispute your evaluation, but I see now that good pics are important and my lighting is terrible......the pics are yellow/gold
the coin is clean and bright....many thanks for you opinion.......I am sure you know more than I....Gene

It's only an opinion based on your pics Gene. I don't have the coin in hand. It sure is a nice looking Walker. What looks like wear in your pictures, in hand, may look totally different. I'm basing it on right arm,leg obverse, breast feathers and leg of eagle.

I will try one more time with a few pic's... I think I see some of the things you look for concerning wear....

I haven't been able to stop at just one. :)

She sure is pretty. That coin has a nice strike...detail around her left hand and the branch is good, and great feather detail.

I *might* see some rub on her left hip/thigh (AU58), otherwise I think it would be an MS coin.

I think it is about an MS-61, weak strike.
Rest in Peace

The pictures sadly make it look lightly polished, I hope it's just the pics...
