Looks EF40 and worth around $300. These common dates trade at melt+premium of about 15%, so the price jumps around a lot with spot price.

In 2007 they were readily available for under $200 and as recently as December 2009 were $350.

It looks like there is a bit of damage on the reverse on the motto ribbon plus a rim ding at about 3:00. Since this is basically a bullion piece in circulated grades the value won't be hurt too badly.

I agree this coin should sell for about $300 if you were to put it on ebay.
