Would really like to know peoples experiences buying, selling on Teletrade.I'm considering a small consignment and would like some feedback. Thanks.

Teletrade allows you to set a reserve by placing a buy back bid. so if the item does not sell you can buy it back for a few dollars and fees. I don't like the system as it gives the seller an opportunity to shill. other bidders don't know who placed the bid.

If you play their system and you can usually get pretty good prices. If you sit back and let the auction run you may or may not do well.

Thanks nohope.I'm considering sending some slabbed coins to them.Selling high dollar coins here don't seem to work.

I've come to the conclusion that the people on this forum that are financially willing/able to buy high dollar coins already have fairly extensive collections. Unless you just happen to have something one of them needs the market is limited to those of us that aren't able to buy because of limited funds. In other words, the buying pool is pretty shallow.

I think so but that's OK.I have lots of less expensive ones that do fine here.
