I'm going to say F-12 I can't see the Y in LIBERTY and the T is just about worn away.

The coin is substantially better than F-12 overall detail IMO, due to the prevalence of the bottom band in 'liberty' too. I'd say VF-25 or VF-30.

Looks solid for VF-20 and surfaces look original. Nice, moderately-circulated Barber dime.

F-15 was my first thought. Very close to full VF

I agree with ShadowCreator, this coin is at least a VF-25. The 1907-O is probably the most poorly struck dime in the entire series, in particular the word "LIBERTY." When grading this coin I think it's better to focus on other areas like the wreath details on Liberty's head. If you look at PCGS's new photograde online, I think it most closely matches the VF-25 grade overall:

The Barber dimes from the New Orleans mint in general were usually weakly struck, and as such some allowances should be made. I'm not saying you can always add a grade or two to what you normally would grade a coin, but its better to not simply only use the conventional method of looking at the word "LIBERTY".
