It appears he intentionally mispells keywords and delimits keywords with commas and periods. I don't think this is a language issue at all.

Notwithstanding the obvious egregiousness etc., something above and beyond smells funny about this.

I just called him! I told him ill give him 30 cents for the 1943 s steels! he said if no one buys them by saturday you can have them! I also made an offer for 5 dollars for thr regan commem. he said NO WAY! THIS IS WORTH WAYYYY MORE THAN $5!! YOU ARE LUCKY FOR THIS PRICE!!

Well, part of capitalism is the right to try to get as much $ for your goods and services as you can extract from the market. He might just be the biggest optimist I have seen in a while.
