I'm gonna guess at AU-58. It looks like a little wear on the bottom of the torch, hair above the ear and two big nicks on the ear and behind the ear.

Ah yes, I see the golden colored glue on the neck and date. I wonder if this coin would have still received a net grade if it had been soaked in acetone before submitting.
