They abound on ebay, that's where I got mine.

I can do them out of silver but so far my clad ones are pretty rough. If you are interested PM me. One I made before it was polished

There is a member over on treasurenet that makes them for reasonable prices. There is a thread on there that shows some of his work.

We tried to make one out of a Walker...got a little impatient during the hammering process, which made it a little uneven. Had to remove a lot of metal after that to make the outside perfectly round. My kids want to try again sometime.

Why not just take a piece of Stainless Steel pipe and cut off the size you need. I've made a few of those. Same with Copper piping, PVC piping or almost any pipe and in the process, you don't ruin coins.

some people think its cool to get a silver quarter from the year they were born and make a ring out of it, I dont have a problem with that
