Sorry to hear that bbradford....

I went through two boxes yesterday. The first one was all 2011-P dimes. You should have seen the expression on my face when I opened it up, only to see shiny copper rims.

The second box at least had mixed years, but no silver.

upped to 2 boxes of dimes and found 3 1960s go figure

Went through 2 boxes and found a 1956 D on the very last role.

I was looking for half dollars at the bank when I noticed silver in the teller's coin tray. I rescued 7 silver Roosevelts!

Did $500 today and found only one silver but a 87s proof and a 1988s proof in perfect condition !

hey guys, I picked up $100 in string dimes today and found:
1 x 1964 Silver Dime
I started weighing these string rolls using a 0.1 accuracy gram scale and the roll that this big guy was in not surprisingly weighed 148 grams while the other rolls were around 147.7, 147.6, I did not see find any 147.8s nor .9s, the lightest one weighed 147.5gs. It kinda works, but I need to test this method out with more rolls. I did this at my campus's library so it was pretty convenient lol, I simply pulled out the 1964 silver dime on my first roll, but its reccomended that you check the other rolls just to make sure.
