Bought a roll of silver dimes from a till at my work. Total of 52 dimes with the highest being 28 '64 D and the oldest a 1951. Pretty cool when I saw them I knew I just had to have 'em.

Not to mention 2 extra dimes in the roll. Well done!

I made my account a couple weeks ago and never really got around to posting but...
I started silver searching about 3 months ago and I think I'm doing pretty decent.
What really peaked my interest in getting into hunting was when an elderly man came
into my store and dropped off 3 SLQ's, 4 mercs, 3 walkers, and a Morgan. I was ecstatic,
but I couldn't just let him spend them as face value for gas, I pulled out 40 dollars from
my pocket and gave it to him (didn't quite know the silver price or value of them at the time).
Loving coins since I was a little kid (parents used to help out a family friend who owned
a collectible store)I decided to get into it. Within a few days of just searching the till
and coin rolls brought in I had myself 1 90pct Kennedy 1 40 pct Kennedy and about 5 silver dimes.
finding these coins really set me off and I had a new-found desire to find silver currency.
I don't make a copious amounts of money so purchasing "junk" (I'd rather just say silver coins
considering it's not junk to me) or rounds is only something I can do when I have a little to spare.
I don't have much time to search full boxes but I grab em when I can (only have searched 3 dime boxes,
first two netting me 2 per box, and the third a skunk). But enough story and here are
my findings to date.

6-War Nickels, 4-Mercs, 32-Rosie's, 3-SLQs, 3-Washingtons, 1-Barber quarter, 2 90%-Kennedy Halves,
4 40%-Kennedy Halves, 4-Walking Lib Halves, 2-Barber Halves, 3-Franklin Halves, 2-Morgans, and
1-Peace Dollar.

I generally don't keep cash on me but if a customer comes in with something that is evidently silver
especially older currency (barbers, libs, and whatnot) I will try to at least pay them something rather
than keep my mouth shut, some people here are falling on hard times and I fell slightly liberated doing this knowing its going to help them out.

Happy hunting everyone, ~David

Thanks John!

It was funny cause the cashier turned to me and asked me if I had ever seen a dime like this (she noticed the white rim) I told her no, and to be fair I offered her the first chance to buy them. She laughed and said "I dont want to buy dimes". So I reached into my wallet, and grabbed five bucks and swapped it in the til. It was a little nerve racking to walk around with a loose roll of dimes in my pocket, but I managed.

Box #77: customer rolls

Another skunk, however that puts me at $1000 skunk streak.

I did find a steel Wheat cent in those rolls so that was really neat.
