I'm probably not going to go through countless rolls again for pieces that are worth $2 each. well, it's just eye candy for me I guess lol, been losing some interest lately...

Yeah for me it's not the money. Opening a roll and seeing that silver edge is just so much fun. I probably break even or lose money searching, but its a hobby and I enjoy it.

yea its not about the dollar signs I dont look at the monetary figures either, I love the thrill of opening the rolls and seeing the silver edge (plus you keep it up before long you have over 100 dimes then the money value isn't to bad haha ) seriously though even finding that one dime to me is so exciting, but I guess for others it can become tiresome

*Raises Hand*. I have delusions that some day I will start selling these 2009s, along with the nice '04 and '05 nickels, State and ATB Quarters, and shiny pre 1982 pennies I hoard for a small amount over face. And those small amounts will add up. And I can buy some nice gold bars with that money.

It is nice to dream.

$50 in machine wrapped rolls as always and only got a 2009-D. It's in pretty nice condition, but I still wish I'd have gotten some silver.

1 box last night. No silver, but a 1996 UK 5 pence and 3 clad Canadians. I'm still waiting for my first silver Canadian dime. Was hoping for one by now since I'm in NH.

I did however score my first proof dime - 2001S clad. I'll try to get some pics up.

Gothic Florin, I too am waiting for my first American silver. I have a lot of american dimes...ok not a lot, but enough to think I should be close to getting a silver one. And I'm in Northern Ontario.

To everyone, what good sites to you recommend for listing american dime varieties? Or any denomanation?

Box 13

It's interesting how I average one per box.

Did $50, got nothing.
Dumped at a different bank, got $50 more from a new bank, got nothing again.

But I am never giving up until I find that Mercury dime!
