The way the top loop of the S is split on the end seems to be the strongest indication that this may be an 11-S 1-MM-001.

Getting good pics of an RPM is challenging.

By the way that is a nice 11-S

It would be interesting to know if any examples of Cuds exist for this set of dies as it appears that they are about to produce some unless the crack was discovered and they were changed. While on the subject, as a newbie I have a question. Are dies always changed as a "set" or would only the reverse die be replaced?

Obverse and Reverse die are normally changed one at a time with damage. Not all die sets are "sets as a marriage".

Sometimes a replacement may be a new die or another one with the same die state. But I don't think they put a lot of science in picking a replacement.

I've decided to sell this one. A great deal for the variety collector at this price!
