This is a beautiful coin, and it would probably grade at MS-65. Years ago collectors would coat there coins with varnish to preserve its luster and protect from damage. This is something that is no longer done because the varnish discolors and can damage the coin. It's very difficult to remove the old varnish and I recommend not trying to do so. In this condition this coin could be worth above $400. However the varnish is going to effect the value somewhat. You may want to consider finding a coin conservator and having them professionally remove the varnish.

I agree. Varnish aside that is one of the nicest British pennys I have seen in a long time.

Thanks a lot for answers!
I don't collect copper GB,only gold, because of this I'd like to sale this coin, but I don't know where is better to do...,may be on this forum?
On ebay is so big tax+PayPal tax, that's me unprofitably.I accept PayPal(no risk fur buyer).
I have the one another coin this year from the same collection, with a varnish on the other site, and low grade.
This one I'd like to sale too, could you please it value?

Best is to ebay them I guess, no one is going to buy a coin worth more thana couple of quids withput using paypal. I've seen many scams and cons going around in coin forums lately, please do not offend, but I would possibly beware using any other method than PayPal when buying from abroad.

The latter coin seems to be cleaned sometime ago, it's a cleaned gVF, at least it seemed so, to my eye.
