1922 Peace Dollar With Die Gouge And Crack: Known VAM?

This Peace dollar appears to have a significant die gouge in the tiara, below and to the left of E in LIBERTY. I imagine that some metal object had scratched across the die, leaving a groove across several of the "spaces" between the tiara rays. The rays in the die are recessed so the scrape would not have touched them. I see 4 distinct metal blobs that appear to be raised above the coin surface. The rays themselves seem intact so I presume this is not post-mint damage.

There is also a distinct die crack across the base of Liberty's neckline.

Can anyone say whether this is a known VAM variety?
