I'm still sifting through a batch of dollars I bought and I think I've identified this one as VAM-31. The mintmark is a "micro", it's located high and right, and the diagnostic die scratch is visible next to the eagle's left (facing) leg. This coin has I think been cleaned, but not too badly. Can anyone say what kind of premium, if any, it should carry over an ordinary 1899-O in similar grade?
