Grade I can't help with but it does look a tad cleaned

The wear around the ear seems excessive compared to the rest of the hair, don't know why that is. The coin does seem to have been cleaned. I would grade this coin at EF-45.

It does look cleaned, not much more than EF.
What is that on the reverse rim from "ONE" to "UNITED"?

Nice pictures. I tend to agree with previous assessments - the right side of the obverse, around TRUST, seems to show the characteristic brushing hairlines.
Could you possibly do a closeup of the area of the LL in DOLLAR? There's something there I'd like to look at.

Weakness is the hair details is commonplace on the high relief Peace dollar of 1921. It's been said that maybe 10 percent were fully struck. The Eagle's wing shows some weakness on the lower edge, which is also from strike weakness. Look at a whole bunch of these...and you'll find a fully struck specimen, and will see what I mean. I have a terrible time grading these, and even more trouble telling old cleaning from a coin that's simply been circulated. I'd give this coin a grade of ef45. Chance

OK SuperDave... Here's a closer view of the area you're interested in. Charlie

I agree with the others, EF-45 cleaned. Just a tip, but if you purchased it you should learn how to accurately grade and price the series. Nice coin though, I've always been curious as to how the high relief Peace dollars look in hand.

I agree it looks XF, maybe AU depending on luster, and maybe cleaned. The reverse rim has a Cud around 9:00 and a Cud and die crack at about 1:00. The high pressures required to strike up the details on these caused the dies to fail very quickly-- so that 's what it is -- die failure. Cool stuff!

Thank you, paleoguy45. There's an added-value variety of this coin which has die polishing that causes one of the rays to extend entirely through the first L in DOLLAR. Your coin has a little hit at the exact place I'd expect to see the extra ray, shown in your detail pic but unclear in the full-face image. I had a moment there, for a moment.

AMF, The coins you speak of both have some very pretty women on the obverse I personally always liked ANNA'S face over Teresa's, just another Morgan lover...., Mike.
PS, I also feel this coin exhibits more wear on the obverse than the reverse, not just a weak strike, and had the hair been better over Teresa's ear, I would give HER a AU GRADE, but it is not and agree with the previous given grade, EF+...
