In my opinion, no.

Three of the four are pretty well worn and the fourth has a major scratch over the entire front. Of course, it depends on what you're looking for. If you just want to fill some holes cheaply, $15 might be ok. Personally, I think that (1) they will be hard to resell if you ever want to upgrade and (2) you can pay $20-30 each for problem free examples of those dates. I'd save up and get a nicer one.

I've seen them at estate sales for as little as $3 a piece and nice ones at that. I would pass.

If the 1853 didn't have that big scratch it would be the only coin in the lot having. I wouldn't buy these.
