It looks thicker; but I'm not sure that means it's doubled.

k76, don't believe it's a doubled die. But check your coin against the 1982P-1DEO-001T on trail dies.com.

it does not match up, does not have the spot in between collumns and does not have the mark above the D in god. do you think it might be earlier die or just a new one or something?

The 1982 Large date copper look thicker. Just the nature of the master die for that year and mint. Most them show sever die wear. But here is a DDO to compare it to.

The original post shows a normal 1982 cent struck by a doe that is showing wear.
