While roll searching a Brinks wrapped roll of JFK halves I immediately spotted a golden coin that was smaller than the halves, thought it was a golden dollar at first till I looked at more than the edge.

I have no idea what it is, where it is from, or even if it is a legit coin, looks more like a token of some sort. Would appreciate identification and value. It looks gold but is not heavy enough to be gold. Thanksz, bob

You've posted the obverse twice.

We've seen "tokens" just like this before, though to be the object more resembles a checkers piece. See this old thread for discussion on a similar item, though those old photobucket pics have now expired.

I know it may not help much, but the crown looks British, perhaps an English token of some kind...
