I'd call it EF-40 and I agree it has been dipped. The unnaturally light, washed-out color detracts from the eye appeal a bit. On the plus side, the date is quite sharp. I've seen AU sliders with weaker dates.

XF45 - nice coin, sharp details, but as mentioned, its been dipped or lightly cleaned at some point IMO. Whats the spot on the front?

I think it is a slam dunk AU. Maybe even AU53.

EF-40. not enough details on the OBV or REV to make AU.....
