While I know nothing about this particular seller, 99% of these auctions are for coins that have been searched. My advice is best to stay away from "unsearched" rolls on e-bay.

I agree.
For example, how does the seller actually know the other quarters are indeed silver. Oh yeah, someone wrote silver quarters on the roll.
Who knows what condition the other 38 coins are and what they are.

Someone should go buy all these scammers' garbage, then send them back a bunch of rocks : )
I originally said 'pennies', but that would be too good for them!

Any picture that is blurry is a shady seller. Avoid.

The only reason to take a chance on it is that he offer a full refund if not happy.
If you've got a couple hundred laying around and some time to kill - give it a shot.

One part says: Returns: No Returns Accepted And later on he says: If for any reason you are not happy with the roll when you receive it simply dont open it and return it for a full refund!
That would concern me.

Yeah this sounds like another ebay scam with "unsearched coins", but then again it could be legitimate. I don't have the extra money laying around to see though.

Me neither - and I didn't notice the "don't open it" part. How would you know if your satisfied if you don't open it?

Many people get excited because they see the "CC" mint mark on the quarter, however I'd bet just about anything to say that that quarter is an 1876-CC, 1877-CC or an 1878-CC. none of which are expensive in a low circulated grade. Oh well, wasn't my money...

"I have clue what coins are the 38 inbetween"
Freudian slip?
