Just a guess but I think it looks like part the the Shell prez set put out sometime in the 50's or 60's

I would guess that it is much earlier- It has a name around the reverse,-King Martin the first- the little magician- so it is an advertising token, not a gas company issue (the ones that were done in Canada in the 60s were made of zinc.) I would guess 20s or 30s- the reverse type seems more modern than the obverse, but a fairly simple low relief issue. I don't have any of my token books around, so I am just guessing.
